Euston Tower
A tower for the future
A new hub for science and technology, a new landmark for the Knowledge Quarter.
Once a beacon of progress, we’re planning to transform Euston Tower into a beacon of sustainability.
A 500,000 sq ft tower, with plans for 20 floors of mixed workspace, 8 floors of lab space, a whole floor of accelerator space and 3 floors of public space. A new hub for science and technology, a new landmark for the Knowledge Quarter.
Due to launch in 2030, the new Euston Tower has been designed with 3XN architects, the brains behind some of the world’s most sustainable new buildings. From Denmark’s Klimatorium and Sweden’s Forskaren to Sydney’s Quay Quarter Tower and Broadgate’s 2 Finsbury Avenue.
