About Paddington Central
Creative buzz meets canal side calm.
Just behind Paddington station, on the banks of the Grand Union Canal, is Paddington Central.
A unique cluster of offices, public spaces, arts and culture.
Once a hidden gem, Paddington Central is now firmly on the map: its sustainable offices and super-connected location (Elizabeth Line and Heathrow Express are just next door) mean it’s the natural home of some of the world’s most creative companies.
With its diverse mix of brands and bars, restaurants and regular events, Paddington Central is a vibrant destination at all times of the day and night. While its floating restaurants, amphitheatre and woodland walkways mean it’s also a much-treasured oasis of calm in the pulse of the city.
The story so far
Over the last several years, Paddington Central been completely transformed with lush, biodiverse landscaping designed to bring nature in.
Giant planters, living walls, a woodland walkway and a recently revamped amphitheatre, complete with deck chairs and waterfall. With a whole new world of canalside restaurants and bars, both on the water and on land.
A place less ordinary
We’ve worked hard to get the perfect mix of places to eat, drink, shop, work out or wind down – from well-known names to unique one-offs.

Thriving Places
We’re creating long-lasting positive social impact by collaborating with local people and communities on our doorstep.
